Flexible and scalable architecture enabling easy integration with existing systems and comprehensive connectivity with industrial equipment.
For each upper-level system and piece of line equipment, here is what actually goes back and forth.
Work orders from the upper-level system are passed to the robots, and results and images are sent back. Cumulative figures can be queried as well. Nobody re-enters the work by hand.
Product codes and recipes from the production order are applied to the job, and the matching box dimensions and weight are passed to the app. If a stacking pattern does not match the order, the job is not created.
Signals are exchanged with the conveyor on each line so the robot picks exactly when alignment completes. Infeed is blocked while picking, and equipment alarms surface on the screen.
A safety stop shows on screen immediately, and recovery is handled from the same screen.
The link to each device is checked continuously, so a break is reported at once instead of leaving the robot waiting for a signal.
MOROS adopts Clean Architecture and modular design based on clear separation of concerns, allowing core business logic to remain independent of frameworks and infrastructure. This ensures easy replacement and extension while minimizing impact on existing systems.

Software structure based on Clean Architecture and modular design that powerfully responds to change and easily adds future functionality
Divides the application into multiple layers, each with its own responsibility. Like building construction, the role of each layer is clearly defined from the design stage.
Core logic remains unchanged even when databases or web frameworks change
Frontend and backend are each designed with systematic layer structures
Separates applications into independent modules (functional units). Provides flexible scalability like LEGO blocks that can be combined and reused as needed.
Well-defined modules can be easily reused for other projects or feature extensions
Multiple developers can develop their modules in parallel to improve speed
Separates user interface from business logic to maximize testability and reusability
Systematically combines UI components to achieve consistent design and high reusability
Dynamic feature injection system that flexibly responds to various robot manufacturer solutions
Independent asynchronous processing using Flutter isolate to prevent UI freezing
Repository Layer design allows easy replacement of various databases as needed
Clear data contracts between client and server improve development stability and collaboration efficiency
