RESPONSIBILITIESRESPONSIBILITIES
Robot Simulation & Digital Twin
- Robot motion, driving, and task sequence verification in physics-based simulation environments
- Collision detection, path planning result verification, and robot–environment interaction stabilization
- Precise virtual modeling of logistics, manufacturing, and robot service environments
- Digital Twin-based intelligent robot service testbed construction
Synthetic Data & Sim2Real
- Synthetic data generation pipeline construction based on Blender / Isaac Sim / Omniverse
- PBR rendering, lighting, material, sensor, and camera domain randomization
- Camera / LiDAR / IMU sensor simulation and noise modeling
- Real-to-Sim / Sim-to-Real gap analysis and debugging environment construction
Physical AI & Learning Integration
- Simulation-based behavior learning environment construction (RL / IL / BC)
- Collaboration with Vision, 3D Perception, and Physical AI teams for training data and simulation environment design
- Robot behavior and cognitive performance verification based on simulation data
Large-Scale Simulation Automation
- Simulation automation and optimization for large-scale scenario repeated experiments
- Simulation performance improvement based on multithreading and GPU acceleration
- Large-scale environment configuration and robot simulation scalability
- Real-time rendering / physics computation pipeline optimization
REQUIREMENTSREQUIREMENTS
- MS+ in AI or Simulation, or equivalent practical experience
- Robot simulation development experience
- Robot simulator experience (Isaac Sim, PyBullet, MuJoCo)
- Basic understanding of robotics (Rigid Body Dynamics, Homogeneous Transform, Sensor Calibration)
- Proficient in Python / C++, with PyTorch-based learning pipeline design/implementation experience
- Linux development environment proficiency (Docker, Git, Shell Script management)
- ROS (ROS1/ROS2)-based robot system development experience
PREFERREDPREFERRED
Physical AI & Learning
- Research and practical experience in Physical AI / VLA (Vision-Language-Action)
- Experience with latest robot intelligence models (OpenVLA, GR00T, π0.5, FLOWER)
- Experience integrating VLA-based behavior generation models into simulators
- Demonstration-based learning (BC/IL) and reinforcement learning (RL) experience
Synthetic Data & Rendering
- Data generation experience based on Diffusion / GAN / NeRF / 3D Generative Model
- Sim2Real performance improvement using Photorealistic synthetic data
- PBR shading, camera model, and sensor noise modeling experience
- Domain Adaptation / Domain Randomization application experience
Systems & Robot Experience
- Custom sensor development or sensor extension experience within simulation
- Physics-based simulation enhancement and performance optimization experience
- Real robot platform development experience (manipulator, AMR)
- Real-to-Sim alignment and simulator fidelity improvement experience
- Manufacturing/logistics equipment (conveyor, picking station) integration experience
