RESPONSIBILITIESRESPONSIBILITIES
  • Overall schedule, scope, cost, and risk management for robot automation projects
  • Customer requirements analysis, technical spec definition, project planning
  • Cross-functional coordination (electrical, PLC, robot, mechanical, software)
  • Milestone management per project phase
  • Technical/schedule coordination with customers and partners
  • Project lead for FAT/SAT and on-site installation
  • Post-project performance review and improvement
REQUIREMENTSREQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years in automation, robotics, or industrial equipment
  • Robot automation or production automation project experience
  • Technical understanding of automation systems (mechanical, electrical, PLC, robot, conveyor)
  • Schedule, resource, and risk management skills
  • Leading projects with multiple stakeholders
PREFERREDPREFERRED
  • Full lifecycle PM: development → installation → production handover
  • Technical background in PLC, robot, or electrical engineering
  • Logistics automation, robot cell, palletizing, conveyor projects
  • CE, UL, KC equipment certification experience
