RESPONSIBILITIESRESPONSIBILITIES
  • Electrical system design for robot/automation equipment (power, drives, sensor/actuator interfaces)
  • PLC-based control logic development
  • Electrical enclosure, wiring diagram, circuit design and verification
  • Integrated control of robots, conveyors, servos, pneumatic systems
  • Engineering BOM and electrical documentation management
  • FAT/SAT, on-site debugging, cycle time optimization
REQUIREMENTSREQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years practical experience
  • Electrical circuit design, wiring, grounding, shielding
  • PLC programming (sequence, interlock)
  • Servo, inverter, pneumatic drive system integration
  • Robot control communication (TCP/IP, EtherCAT, Modbus)
  • Electrical standards (CE, UL, KC) system design
PREFERREDPREFERRED
  • Full lifecycle from development to mass production
  • Major PLC platforms (Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi)
  • Safety PLC and functional safety (ISO 13849-1, IEC 62061)
  • Robot-based system integration
